CONFERENCE "MECHANISMS OF LEARNING IN PUBLIC POLICIES"

The conference was the concluding event of the project "MUS: Learning Ministries – a toolkit for diagnosing and supporting organizational learning in public administration."

During the first day participants discussed the experiences of polish public administration reform processes started in 1989. MUS team members presented the empirical research from 4 polish ministries showing the dynamics of learning mechanisms in polish government. 

During the second day participants had an opportunity to test learninig tools proposed by the MUS project.
