CHANGE MANAGEMNENT IN MUS PROJECT

Within our project „Learning Ministries” workshop on change management in organizations was held. Project team members and representatives of four ministries took part in the training.

The goal of the workshop was to prepare the project team and selected employees of four ministries (Ministry of Administration and Digitization; Ministry of Regional Development; Ministry of Transport, Construction and Marine Economy; Ministry of Environment) to implement learning organization tools. The workshop was held from 13th to 14th of December 2012 and was based on the method introduced by prof. John Kotters from Harvard Business School.
